1. Agreement Overview
This agreement is made between Star Spirit Ltd (t/a Star Spirit Cheer and Dance)(“the Program”) and the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) of the participant named above (“Athlete”). By signing this agreement, the Parent/Guardian agrees to pay all training and competition fees for the 2024-2025 season in accordance with the payment schedule.
2. Training Fees
The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the specified training fees for the Athlete’s participation in the Program for the 2024-2025 season. These fees are paid between the 1st – 3rd of each month by card payment.
3. Competition Fees (where applicable)
In addition to training fees, the Parent/Guardian agrees to pay all competition fees associated with the Athlete’s participation in events and competitions throughout the 2024-2025 season. These fees may include entry fees, travel expenses, accommodation, and other related costs. These will be set up to be paid by direct debit using the company GoCardless. The amount payable can be found in your payment schedule. Canceling a mandate in GoCardless may incur an administrative fee of £10 to reinstate the payment plan.
4. Late Payments and Penalties
Late training fee payments after the 10th of the month may incur a penalty fee of £15.00 and could result in the Athlete being temporarily suspended from participation in the Program until payments are up to date. The program will seek all means to recoup money owing to it.
6. Refund Policy
Training and competition fees are generally non-refundable. However, in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Program will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The directors decision is final.
7. Agreement to Terms
By signing below, the Parent/Guardian agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement and acknowledges responsibility for all training and competition fees for the 2024-2025 season.
